Orders placed before 12pm each day will be delivered within the identified estimated lead time unless otherwise specified.
All orders are subject to a delivery charge of £79+Vat* or 2.5% of the basket value, which ever is greater.
All soft furnishing orders are subject to a delivery charge of £19.95 + Vat for order of up to 10 items, for orders over 10 items an extra £2 per item charge applies. These will arrive separately to any furniture orders placed.
Room placement and assembly (where necessary) is included in all deliveries subject to rooms being ready and instructions on delivery. Packaging will be removed from site.

Damaged Goods:
Goods must be thoroughly checked by customer on delivery prior to delivery personnel leaving the site.
Any damage must be reported to delivery personnel and noted on delivery paperwork
Any damages reported after goods have been signed for, will not be accepted.
