Our Methodolgy
One point of contact throughout your project from the design phase to construction and then fit-out. We handle everything from all the design, technical design and construction phases to ensure a smooth and risk-free project.
With all our expertise in-house, there’s no need for those time-consuming handover stages between contractors.
Strategy
The findings of this phase will guide subsequent work and provide an executive benchmark to measure decisions against.
Concept Design
In this phase, we will set project parameters, develop designs and initiate progressive budgeting.
Design Development
Design concepts are developed into detailed drawings and specifications ready for approvals and construction.
Construction
When based on extensive planning and preparation, construction work can be seamless and completely risk-free to the client.
We take care of the entire process from the start of the project right through to when you open your doors. Beginning with the strategy we get your briefs and your aims together and come up with some initial design concepts before moving onto the design stage. We then move on to procurement and being a British manufacturer we understand the processes behind creating quality furniture and begin with the end in mind to ensure you get what is best for your home.
The project is then handed to our experienced project managers and a detailed design, build and installation schedule is set out and agreed upon with the client. Once the construction stage is complete all the furniture, soft furnishings and accessories are set out within the home before the home is handed over ready for you and your residents to move in.
